Serene Spanish Villa w/ Casita & Pool in Ramona

Welcome to our Spanish Villa Retreat, an exclusive, private sanctuary nestled in the hills of West Ramona. This beautiful property offers two separate living spaces, making it perfect for family vacations, getaways with friends, couples’ retreats, or wedding parties. Enjoy the privacy and flexibility of the unique spaces while gathering in the communal courtyard for memorable moments.

The space
Experience tranquility at our 3-acre hilltop estate with breathtaking views from every corner. Just minutes from hiking trails, wineries, and the charming town of Ramona, this Spanish villa features a spacious 2-bedroom home and a separate 1.5-bedroom casita, both opening onto the communal courtyard with a private pool and a propane fire pit.

Savor fresh oranges from the orchard, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or relax in the hammock with a good book. In the evening, challenge friends to a game of jumbo Jenga, unwind by the fire pit with a glass of local wine, or stargaze from the comfort of the lounge chairs.


Amenities:
Each home includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas with plush sectional sofas, Wi-Fi, Netflix, board games, and private access to the pool with lounge chairs and towels. The main house also features a fireplace, a projector, and a pool table.

* Please note that the pool is NOT HEATED and TOO COLD (below 63 degrees) for most guests from November through April.

The Casita (two stories):
When you enter the Casita, you’ll see a black cast-iron spiral staircase that leads up to the cozy loft upstairs.

Ideally accommodates 4. Up to 6 can be accommodated, with 2 sleeping on the large, comfortable sectional sofa (extra sets of linens provided).

The property is on the border of West Ramona and Poway, CA, 35–45 minutes from San Diego. Enjoy nearby antique shops, wineries, hiking trails, and golf courses.

Guest Policy:
Ideal for up to 8 guests (4 in each home), with a maximum of 12 guests. Additional guests may sleep on either the fold-out beds (2) or the comfortable sectional sofas (extra linens provided). All guests must be listed on the reservation.

Guest and Early Check-in Fees:
$25 additional fee per night for each guest over 8, with a maximum of 12 guests (6 in each home) for the entire villa. The base rate listed is for up to 8 guests.

We offer early check-in when possible for a fee. Please contact us the night before your arrival with your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Guest access
Guests will not have access to the garage. The private driveway can accommodate 6 cars.

Pets: We ask that any pets be added to the reservation when booking. An additional fee will be added to the total reservation amount.
