'It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. A small room but comfortable and well organized. Nice shower. Check in staff neglected to tell us that we had to park in the airport’s long term parking and when we returned later that evening we discovered it and that we had to pay for the long term parking. Staff said it’s in the fine print somewhere so we should have noticed it. And then there were some additional fees added on even though we thought the room was totally paid for. 'The pool was great. Kids enjoyed swimming for hours. It was very busy and they ran out of pool towels by 9 PM. They did bring more in around 11 when the pool was closing. Several of the stalls in the womans bathrooms near the pool did not have toilet paper. The little store near the front desk only had drinks. We were told the vending machines had snacks like popcorn, however the vending machines we pretty much empty. Beds were comfortable, but rooms were definitely aged.'

'Nice clean smell when entering the hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Hot tub had no jets. The pool area had no clean towels the night we checked in or the next morning. The workout room had a large hole in the ceiling. While housekeeping was cleaning rooms, there was a vacuum sitting in hallway with the cord just all over floor, the lady standing in hallway didn’t bother to move it out the way for my daughters and I.'

'The lighting was poor, the walls super thin. I actually checked out one and a half days early due to not being able to sleep. The room next store to me the occupants where loud and disrespectful when I asked if they could quiet down some.'
