'The Sheraton is perfectly located, close to the airport and downtown. It checks all the boxes—helpful staff, very comfortable room and delicious food. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. An added touch was the lemonade and chilled water near the elevators. A very welcoming atmosphere. I was very impressed!'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....
