Magnificent farmhouse in Val d'Orcia with a private pool and sauna

The farmhouse is located about 1,200 meters from the village of Radicofani, in the hills of the Val d'Orcia, along the historic Via Francigena that leads pilgrims to the gates of St. Peter's in Rome. It is surrounded by 12 hectares of greenery and is equipped with all the amenities needed for an ideal, relaxing vacation.
The farmhouse is arranged on two levels: on the first floor, in addition to the outdoor patio, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, billiards room, and restroom; on the second floor, there are 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, each equipped with showers and a whirlpool tub.

The covered patio, featuring a 10-seat cherry wood table and two benches, allows you to dine outdoors with a view of the valley below.
The farmhouse has a floor area of 400 square meters and is fully air-conditioned with fan coils and thermostats in every room, allowing guests to set their preferred temperature in each room (they also function as heaters).
The outdoor garden overlooking the valley features a private saltwater pool with breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue area.
There is a Finnish barrel sauna (for a fee) located outdoors among the olive trees. A spot with a panoramic view is available for sun salutations.
The covered parking area can accommodate 3 cars.

Upon request, we provide air conditioning, which is billed and added afterward as an additional daily surcharge of €35 per day.
