Flats in Querétaro

'Me gustó que el hotel está bien mantenido y conserva su estilo colonial muy bonito y agradable. Lo que no me gustó es que en el Check in no me querían respetar la habitación que reservé a pesar de que la tenia pagada en tiempo y forma, me comentaron que ya no tenían ese tipo de habitación, lo cual fue muy desagradable y finalmente si me la respetaron !!'

'De kamer, de haciënda en alles eromheen was prachtig. Wifi en airco werkten naar behoren. Het ontbijt was gewoon in één woord fantastisch. Personeel was minder hartelijk dan dat ik van andere hotels en locaties in Mexico gewend ben. De mevrouw die in aan de grill staat tijdens ontbijt (helaas naam vergeten) was ontzettend aardig en het was een genot haar toe te zien hoe ze van alles klaar maakte. Ook al was het personeel wat koeler raad ik dit hotel aan.'

'This was our first trip to Queretaro as a family. (Husband, Wife, and 2-year old boy) We stayed June 20-29, 2026. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. First and foremost, the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Lety, Santiago, and Israel from the Domun restaurant (Taboa)! Great people to talk with and share laughs while providing top tier service.
