'The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. 'We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon...

'The condo listing is accurate, the place is clean and has nice air conditioning. The beds are hard. Overall happy with the condo. Every community in the resort is gated so you can only go to your own condo community. The beach club pool was nice, but the bar tenders were not so great, watched them continuously ignore family members. The Marriott is in the gated community, but you have to be a guest to use their pool. Ate at the Hook Up multiple evenings, that is where we had the best service....

'The condo description was spot on. The condo was beautiful, property was kept extremely clean. Great pools and right across pathway to ocean. Josep, the host, responded immediately to my questions. Would highly recommend. '

'Nice condo in a great location. We were fortunate to book this condo for our week long vacation in Jaco. The condo community is close knit with a large group of friends who stay for extended vacations each year. The entire group was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The onsite employees were all friendly and helpful. It made our first visit to Costa Rica very enjoyable.'
