Kastelen in Queenstown

'Nice new and fresh hotel. Very comfortable bed. Convenient base for trips out of Queenstown. Saving I made staying here I could spend on doing things instead. Tip: Book parking early for at the hotel. I did t and was sold out when I returned at 7pm. Everywhere is paid parking 24 hours and by permit. Had to park in a darkly lit car park and felt somewhat vulnerable. Watch: Bathroom isn’t well ventilated, will be a mould issue in years to come, but fine for now.'

'Hotel bij het vliegveld. Schoon en stil. Prima '

'Very good and spacious apartments. Everything is there: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave/oven (incl. detergents and liquids). '

'We enjoyed our stay , very convenient location for lunches and dinners , walking distance to the Gandola and various shopping and bars. The rooms are a bit run down. The floor carpets look really worn out, the bathroom has bathtub for showers a bit inconvenient. The Brekky buffet was really nice.'

'Nice spot just doesn’t have a bar so no where to go on Easter and Christmas weekend because of NZ laws. Would’ve been nice to know that before hand'

'Friendly / helpful staff, nice location. Bus transport close by if you don't rent a car.'

'Great value for money in a location (Queenstown) that is fairly expensive accommodation wise. Property is possibly needing a refresh but overall experience was good. Happy to stay here again.'

'Goeie service!

'I booked the room nearly 2 months in advance through hotels.com and they gave me the worst room in the hotel! An accessible room on the first floor, next to the elevator, vue on the parking and building works!!! The reception closes at 8 PM and me coming back late that night, I could not directly share this and try to find a solution. I went first thing in the morning and I received the answer that they are fully booked... I could understand that i got this room if I booked it last minute, but I...

'Nearby the town centre and friendly staff!'

'We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well maintained, the service was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service was fantastic. Everything made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. We would definitely love to stay again! 😊'

'Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is compleet zoek . Vuile koffiemokken liet men rustig een paar dagen staan . Dan het...

'Good breakfast, room ok. We were a bit disappointed with the view. We had chosen a room type based on getting a view but I was badly obscured in the room we were given'
