'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. 'I stayed at the King Blue for 4 nights while on a business trip and had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth and I was up in my room within 5 minutes of arrival. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I felt secure knowing that only people with room keys could access the elevator. The hotel is in one of the better neighbourhoods of Toronto and there are seemingly unlimited options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the area. There is a pool and a gym but I did not use those.

'Excellent location and clean space. Communication was great. We went to Toronto to see some baseball and the location was perfect, walking distance to the games and lots of places to eat and see. It was great to have parking available also. Would definitely stay there again.'

'They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!'

'Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.'
