'The hotel itself is very nice, and I really liked the room. However, I came specifically for the sauna and swimming facilities as a way to relax, and this aspect of the stay was disappointing. The pool was freezing cold, which meant I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. In addition, the sauna had not been switched on before our arrival, so we had to wait for it to heat up. 'What a great place to stay!!! Family friendly and very helpful with all of our needs. They really looked out for us and provided a car space right outside the front door of the hotel for a reasonable price. It was in close proximity of the Mets game where they actually won one! Would go back next time in the city!!!'
