'Staff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. .'

'12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. " Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves. Go for the food and avoid staying."
