'Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing.'

'The staff was friendly, kind and efficient.'

'I loved the clean facility and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was no hot water in our room the first two nights - extremely quick and cold showers. And the pool was closed for maintenance which was the whole reason I booked the room in the first place.'

'Prijs kwaliteit is prima'

'Great location. Clean and well maintained'

'The host was very helpful and the place was very nice. We would have happily stayed longer, perhaps during another trip :)'

'Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage'

'Krappe kamer in kelder van gebouw. Beetje muffige lucht. Genoeg keuze voor ontbijt. Redelijk bed. Gebouw maakt een beetje versleten indruk. Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is redelijk (naar dure Alaska maatstaven). '

'Beautiful hotel, good service, spacious rooms . It is a huge hotel. I got a room at the end of the hallway and it is far away '
