It was always being maintained. The beach was awesome. People were nice. The only thing i didnt like was FOGO. I think the service took an hour. Everyone was just waiting around. Other than that everything was good.

Our stay was okay to say the least. When we got to the room it was very humid, the beds were stained and smelled very musty, our rainfall shower head was broken (there was a gap in it so instead of the water coming straight down the majority of the water came out of the side. When we went to the reception the staff was very cooperative, but nothing was done other than fixing the a/c. We checked every night if the sheets were changed, only to find out all they did was switch the sheets between both the beds in the room. There was even some rust on the floor. The staff was very nice and friendly, but housekeeping could definitely be A LOT better. Food was alright, average if that, and drinks were watered done half the time, but other time perfect especially by the beach house.

My friends and I arrived on different days, requested to have rooms near each and were upgraded to an ocean view! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was amazing! Plenty of places to eat, little places to shop as well. Would definitely recommend!

I did not enjoy the food. Not much thought was put in the meals. You basically had the same menu for lunch/mid afternoon and for dinner. Had cats present in the dining areas, and guest were feeding them, not cool. Not very creative food choices/menus. Every day, I had to request wash rag or hand towel. Only bath towels were present in the room. Verty inconvienent. This will be my first and last time at this resort. I was not impressed.Stayed for 4 nights May 17th through May 21st 2024

Amazing resort! Exceeded my expectation with the price I have paid. Foods everytime taste amazing. My favourite is the Fogo Restaurant. Staffs are amazing. Rowell from reception is friendly! Jose in the food market is amazing. The guy in the beach house rooftop, I forgot the name but he is the best. I wanna go back here again.

I really really enjoyed my time here. I went with my family and stayed five nights and it was really beautiful. The whole resort is super clean (they’re always out cleaning and even when the pools and stuff are closed, they’re cleaning the ground and railings and everything) I was super impressed. The staff are super sweet and friendly. In our five night stay, we were only able to get two reservations for the restaurants.. which was annoying but the market buffet had pretty good options. Wasn’t the most amazing food but it was pretty good! I found myself there multiple times a day. Overall a 10/10 experience for me and my family and we would definitely come back! We’re actually planning on it.

Absolutely enjoyed every moment here at the Caribe Deluxe Princess. It was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic. Staff is very friendly, property is very clean. The food quality and selection was terrible. Including the unsanitary birds flying onto the tables. (Including cats) Not enough towels and no wash cloth to clean self. I will say Julio and Jinnette, the bartenders were polite and courteous and kept me entertained. I got sick really bad when I arrived home.

Nice resort vibes with friendly staff. Good dining options and convenient access to the beach. Wifi was slow and barely usable at times but that’s a DR problem more than to do with the resort. I would recommend a stay here.

We stayed five nights at the Caribe Deluxe. Overall, a great experience. The facility was probably maintained and cleaned. The dining could do with some varieties, but overall good. My only concern was the poor wifi connection, especially in the room.

Upon arrival, check-in was swift and accompanied by a refreshing complementary drink. The resort's transportation system proved efficient. However, the initial excitement waned upon entering the room. The space felt damp and inadequately cleaned. Requested bed sheet replacements due to stains and hairs were repeatedly forgotten, necessitating multiple reminders. Regrettably, this lack of attention to detail extended to housekeeping, as our room was overlooked for cleaning on two occasions, requiring persistent calls for rectification. The highlight of the resort was its stunning beach area, complemented by various bars and food options. Unfortunately, the culinary experience failed to meet expectations. Across multiple restaurants, including the buffet, the food lacked quality and flavor, leaving much to be desired. Entertainment proved to be a mixed bag. While the Michael Jackson tribute, impressed, others fell short, with one evening no having a show. Despite guest complaints, the resort failed to address this shortfall adequately, leaving guests without alternative options for amusement. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my stay was the resort's handling of a volatile situation involving another guest. Despite exhibiting violent behavior and causing damage, the individual was continually supplied with alcohol, exacerbating the situation. This lack of responsibility and concern for guest safety left a lasting impression of discomfort and unease.
