'My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!'

'Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit pour notre étape de vacances. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le petit déjeuner est bon et très copieux ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, ce qui est agréable après plusieurs heures de route, en plus du calme ambiant. C'est reposant ! 'Christophe and Christine the property managers were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and chateaus to visit. The breakfasts each morning were incredible: fresh baked croissants and bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs made to preference. The location nestled in among the vineyards was picturesque and very quiet. The total experience far exceeded our expectations and I hope we can make a return trip.'

'Nice and quiet chateau next to the river Dordogne. They make their own biological (demeter) wine varieties. Room was very spacious in a great old house. Superb bathroom. Simple but tasty diner options. Great atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is not much to do, except for a nice private garden at 3,5 km. Within easy reach from the A10. '

'Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.'
