'The place was more run down than expected and felt closer to a motel than a hotel stay. One major issue was the bathroom setup — there was no shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet, so water got all over the toilet and floor every time the shower was used. The staff was very nice, and Scott was especially responsive, offered helpful suggestions, and did his best to accommodate our needs, which was appreciated. 'On arrival it felt just like in Tarzan, romantic and the reception service was very good, Miguel did everything to explain and make us feel welcome. They arranged the suitcases too. Once in our tent, the beds were very nicely made and the style is nice too, though the moisture was very high. This means there is a lot of mildew and wet tents and wood. 'Hotel is located in a calm neighborhood few min from the ocean. My room was very cleaned and comfortable. Daily service was great and overall very satisfying. Breakfast was good, and the service wasmostly consistent. I highly recommend staying here. '
