No seleccionen este servicio, eliminarlo de Expedia. Me atrevo a pensar que era solo una fachada. Pésimo! No se dejen estafar!'

'Llegamos viernes, el sábado por la mañana llegaron otros huéspedes y se sentaron enfrente de mi cabaña, dejaron tirada basura, se habló con el encargado y no se hizo nada, al final prefiero retirarme del hotel e irme, ya no pase la noche del sábado allí, me gustaría un refund de la noche que usé'

'The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.'

'Cuando llegamos no sabían de nuestra reservación. Nos gusto mucho la piscina. La fiesta del viernes estuvo muy alegre con música en vivo. Nuestra habitación con la minirefri nos ayudo mucho para las cosas de nuestra bebita. El desayuno incluido era huevo con frijoles, queso, crema, tortillas y fruta, que no estaba mal, pero al 2do día ya no tenían fruta y si queriamos pedir algo mas no había nada, ni licuados, ni yogurt, algo fresco para ese calor, estoy diciendo algo extra que hubiéramos...

'Our room door DID NOT ACTUALLY LOCK. The door handle would appear to lock, but if you simply pushed on the door, the entire door would open. That means anyone could have walked into our room while we were gone, despite us believing the room was securely locked. What made this even worse was the hotel’s response when I complained. Instead of treating this as the serious security problem it was, I was basically told that the lock works as long as you “don’t force the door open.” That is...

'Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment.'
