Spectacular beach front home with amazing views

Get your suitcase ready and come stay in our home to enjoy a little bit of paradise here in Puerto Peñasco. Our home is just steps from the beach, with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez. Every room in this gorgeous residence is capped with dramatic brick bóveda ceilings. This delightful four bedroom Beach House sleeps up to 10 people.
A great vacation getaway able to accommodate large families. The living room with its vaulted bóveda ceilings has unsurpassed views of the beach and ocean. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and electric range stove with oven. Small appliances include a blender and coffee maker. Glass ware, dishes, cookware and kitchen linens are provided.
The inside living area is just beautiful with a complete view of the ocean.
The first floor bedroom suite has its own bathroom and walk in closet. This bedroom and bath is surrounded by windows giving you views of the beach. The large dining area is on same floor as well as a guest half bathroom.

The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms with full view of the beach. One bedroom has a queen size bed, another a bunk bed with a twin and a full and the third has two twin beds There is also a trundle bed available in the lower living room. Breezes off the ocean and ceiling fan circulate the fabulous ocean air, keeping you comfortable day and night.
There are also two full bathrooms on bottom floor.
There is 1 camera outside for security purposes.

Nice house for a family vacation, but some quirks.

Great location on the beach. Plenty of room for the family. Flexible property manager, who was responsive to messages with some slight delays. Alarm went off upon arrival which was unsettling. Thankfully the manager responded within 15 minutes and it was not an issue for the remainder of the stay. Internet was inconsistent. Kitchen provisions were very basic. Power went out towards the end of the trip. Check out instructions could have been a bit clearer. Overall, great house for a family and a large party. It has really beautiful ocean views. A few extra finishing touches would make this rental top notch!

It’s All About the Beach

We stayed at this home for our 2025 spring break and it fit our 2 families very well (4 adults and 4 kids ages 10-13). The best thing about the home was the location. Section 5 is one of our favorite areas to stay and we spent most of our time out on the sand. The house is spacious and we all slept very comfortably.Like many of the reviews mention, the home needs some lovin’ in the way of repairs and features to make the stay more enjoyable. There are 2 big balconies on each level of the house with 2 Bque grills that were not functional. The patio furniture is minimal and not very inviting. But I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re spending all your time on the beach. Luckily, there was a charcoal grill as well so we were able to do a little bit of grilling. I would say the one thing that needs the most attention is the transition from the patio to the stairs down to the beach. There’s just a pile of pavers that are pointing up in different directions and two of us cut our feet on them. They should just get rid of them because they were a tripping hazard, especially for young kids or anyone who’s not super steady on their feet. The fridge leaks water on the floor so we had to lay down some towels so we didn’t slip and fall on the tile floor. I had read about this in a prior review, but I guess it hasn’t been fixed yet. We ran out of water after only 1 night there, but the owner did take care of it within the day.Like I said, it’s all about the beach!

Family Fun

This is the perfect place for a family gathering. Lots of elbow room, well supplied for cooking, lots of useful bedroom configurations. From the photos online, it looks a bit like one house in a compound, but it’s actually one big, beautiful house right on the beach with lots of glass and balconies looking out at the ocean. Beautiful!

Family getaway

Great house. Small kitchen but well appointed and new. Great area of Las Conchas. If I have one suggestion it would be to fix the walkway going down to the beach. Uneven bricks. We would recommend this property and would go back. We had a great time. Thank you

Coming Home

Wedding Stay

The house is big and beautiful and clean. The "arrival process" was very frustrating as the door code did not work! After continued calling to the host (at least 10 attempts!) she eventually picked up and gave us the right door code -the one I had had been emailed to me on the Monday -and this was Thursday so why it changed heaven only knows! The fees made the trip that much more expensive but it was worth it in the end. Thank you.

I’ve rented a lot of places in RP, and this one did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Downsides - very steep walk to the beach, and uncomfortable patio furniture….

Amazing Property

We have stayed at several VRBO properties in Puerto Penasco but this is by far our favorite. It handled 7 people easily ranging from 14-87! The space is well divided so different groups could congregate without bothering one another. The views (both front and back) are great. The water is visible from every room. The terraces on both levels are spacious and the main one made it possible for our older guests to enjoy the water without climbing any stairs. We will be back!

Long weekend getaway

This property is so beautiful, right on the beach, and is pretty much as described! It’s a large house with amazing patios with ocean views. We loved going on walks on the beach and relaxing with a view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, there were a few ongoing issues that we communicated with the owner about. The owner was very responsive, but the issues weren’t necessarily things that could be remedied… The refrigerator was leaking such that the kitchen floor flooded each day and we had to clean that up, but renters are not allowed to use the laundry machines. There were also a family of birds living in the microwave vent area, which was loud and made us feel uneasy about using the kitchen much. The owners were apologetic and friendly, but for the price I wasn’t 100% satisfied. Also worth noting for others with kids, the place is not particularly baby-firnedly— not bath tub and no place to attach a travel high chair.

Beautiful and spacious beach home!

There were 7 of us and the property was perfect! It is a very spacious beach home that is extremely clean and very well decorated. Location is perfect, even if you make frequent trips downtown. It's right on the beach and has a wonderful front yard with gated parking. It had all the amenities we needed and we even stayed and extra night. We would definitely stay there again.

We actually had the house 3 doors down rented for a large wedding party and we were over occupancy and needed a 2nd house. We had to change the wedding twice due to covid and this owner was actually more kind and more accommodating than the venue owner. Very communicative and helpful. Always quick to respond. A week to celebrate 50

My friends that I have known since I was 8 flew in from Nebraska to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Our stay at Casa De Boveda was perfect!!! There was room for everyone and the beach access was right out our back door. The only thing that could have been better was the weather.

Clean, but lacking "extras"

As always, our time in Rocky Point is always enjoyable. The people are welcoming and nice, the tacos are great, the ocean is beautiful and our time was relaxing. The house was nice, but a little scant on a few extras. I assume this is from previous experience with renters - ie - we had one garbage sack and then rummaged around and rounded up a couple more from the other waste cans, no foil, wax paper, plastic wrap, 1 roll of paper towels, empty Kleenex boxes in the bathrooms, no hand towels, glass tables - no Windex, water cooler - empty, directions state: if you want to go fill it, you can., etc. The chairs for outside by the fire were hardly useable - falling apart. But again, we made do and had a nice time. It just seems that for the amount you pay to stay, these items seem rather petty.

Wonderful stay - great place

Yep, this is a good one on the beach. Quiet, spacious, room for all. Victoria was outstanding in answering questions and helping out. Our friends loved it, too! There was some deferred maintenance that needs to be done but I will address with Victoria. Once those are taken care of, this place is a 5!!

The house is very beautiful and we will rent again in the future.

The photos that show the home do not do the home justice, it is far nicer than it looks. The home greets you with a beautiful circular driveway and covered carport. Once inside you notice the details such as the beautiful brick ceilings,ceiling fans in every room. Master bedroom is on the upper level with 3 additional bedrooms downstairs. Gameroom is also downstairs and the oceanviews are spectacular. I could go on and on but enough said, rent it and you will be very pleased
