Located in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante, right on the famous Sandy Beach, this home provides the ultimate beach experience!

This luxurious property has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably throughout an impressive 2,500 square feet of living space. It is the ideal accommodation choice for a family reunion or a group of friends looking to have an amazing time.

You'll feel right at home the moment you step into this house's beautiful interior, boasting extravagant contemporary furnishings and stylish coastal decor, combined with futuristic technology. The spacious roof-top deck, featuring a cozy couch area and a modern fireplace, frames expansive views of the ocean, creating a dazzling back drop for your trip.

This welcoming home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including wireless internet access, individual AC units operated remotely , 5 Flat Screen Smart TVs, with a surround sound system in the living room area. Upscale bathroom amenities, luxurious bath towels and divine bed linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and stocked with complimentary drinking water, coffee, coffee filters, sugar and spices. In addition, the two amazing out door grill areas build the perfect set to create everlasting memories.

Costa Diamante is an exclusive community, located right on the popular Sandy Beach, incredibly close to all resorts, therefore providing easy access to restaurants, bars, nightlife and more. Summer Vacation

We had the best time staying at this house! We had multiple families together and two children under 10, and this house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, and everything was so functional. We loved the community and the location; the short walk to the beach made our stay so stress free. Plus the community isn’t crowded so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. :) We took advantage of the community pool as well which was right next to the house. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to have a relaxing Rocky Point vacation.

Loved the house and all it had to offer!! Will definitely rent again! My group loved the security and peaceful environment and easy access to the beach! I would recommend bringing extra kitchen towels and storage containers for leftovers. Also as an FYI, there are no closets, so plan accordingly! The host was quick to respond to any questions and made the overall experience really enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It’s also in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed. I did have a slight issue during my stay, but the host was quick to respond and resolved it right away. Their communication and willingness to help made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

Nice house with some deficiencies

The fire pit did not work (no propane bottle and burner knobs did not work), need more utensils (steak knives and silverware), no space inside garage for a full sized pickup truck for garage door to close. Nice location and home was comfortable.

A jewel in the desert

Beautiful and spacious house , great location in front of the pool and the main road headed to the beach by walking distance. I have stayed at other property locations in the past, that had have more and beyond the necessities such as spices , cooking gadgets, recreational beach equipment (chair, cooling, outside games, umbrellas…), bath and kitchen essentials such us hand soap, filled up shampoo, conditioner, dish sponge, cleaning pads. Overall it’s was great for our big family (7 kiddos ), spacious bunk beds, bathrooms and living room.

Beautiful & relaxing beach home

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Had a small issue, but the owner was super responsive and hastily took care of it. What more can you ask for? Easy 5 min walk to the beach and very secure location. Bring beach towels, dish towels and extra blankets.

Great house!

The house was very big and spacious, we were a family of 9 and everyone fit comfortably. The pool was just steps away, and the short walk to the private beach was great. The house was very clean, modern, and had a nice beach theme. The couches were super cozy and even got really cold inside which was nice. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms (we did take our own of course for the beach), the beds were cozy with spacious rooms. The veiw was beautiful especially up on the roof which had a gas grill with a table and plenty of chairs for the family to sit. We all had a great time! I definitely recommend this house.

We brought our whole family down for a family vacation/honeymoon and this home did not disappoint!! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, and the home was clean and well stocked. Just a short walk to the beach and all the activities over at Banditos. The Aguilera's are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The location is perfect and is a short walk down a path to the beach. The pool and hot tub are practically steps away. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge area in the mornings and the evening. The fire pit up there is a nice touch! There were a few small issues but the owners responded promptly and addressed the problems. The house accommodated our large group with children perfectly and I would recommend staying here.
