Tucked in the luxurious sandy beach area, where you can immerse yourself in a private beach life community and view some of the most spectacular sunsets, this beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house for ten guests is going to take your breath away. Great and custom design for comfort and practicality, perfect to relax with family on the beach, wade in the pool or jacuzzi, and enjoy those fun filled Rocky Point nights. This home boasts of cultural richness as it is made with material and technique unique to our country. The vaulted brick ceiling “catalana boveda” from Jalisco. Our home has 5 bedrooms, three master bedrooms with their own bathroom and two bedrooms connected by a jack and Jill bathroom. A teen bedroom with a bunk bed and extra twin bed make the perfect spot for children and teens to make the most of spending time together on the vacation. Perfect for creating special family moments with a cozy dining and living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator, coffee machine, large kitchen island with seating. So many added features to mention including mini split in all bedrooms. Costa Diamante offers enjoying the sea of Cortez without being in a crowded resort. Short Family Getaway

Very nice home. Lots of space for families to stretch out. Close to pool and beach (sandy beach). We did get lost getting there as the directions or address provided did not work, it made us drive way far past the property than was necessary. I did reach out though for help and was told to just put the name ‘Casa Lucy’ into Google and it would take you right there. I think that would be helpful to be listed going forward especially since it’s a guarded and gated community so you can’t just pop up there. There was a key box but there was no code anywhere in my emails or instructions so I had to call and get that but after that we had super smooth sailing. The WiFi was iffy honestly and there was just one television (but you aren’t at the beach to watch tv are you?!). The kitchen was well equipped and just truly a beautiful space, I’d love to take it home with me! All showers (two) were downstairs along with three bedrooms it worked out fine for us as my kids just shared with us (their parents) and the other guests and their kids shared a shower. Nice quiet community. I will say could be too quiet, so if you’re there to party hard I wouldn’t recommend this home community as they have noise ordinances that I saw them enforce for others in the community. I was there to relax. I was able to relax and we were happy and healthy and together. *There is no washer/dryer in this home, which is fine for me but if staying a longer time it may not be alright for you.*

Really good for families

Great Location

We love Costa Diamanté and have stayed in this neighborhood previously. The house has fantastic views and is in a great location. The owner was very responsive and helpful, Inonly wish the house had its own WiFi because community WiFi was very slow. Also our stay was long so it was difficult without a washer and dryer. If you are looking to disconnect and be In a great location this house is perfect!

We had to check out early because the water did not work in the home. The home owner did not refund anything. He was very unprofessional. His assistant sylvia that came out to the house to try to help us was very unprofessional and intimidating and a liar. I have stayed at many homes in costa diamonte this was the only one i had a vad experience in. There is definately a reason for very few pictures. This home is definately outdated.

Very nice house

House was beautiful. Not very amentities like towels etc. But thats not why we wanted a house plus had our own. Owner is very quick with response and resonable with check in time. Would definitely rent again. Only thing that was a negative was the 10pm no noise rule but we weren't home until it was time to sleep.
