Rent all 3 for $250. Max 7 people. $310 for 10 people.
** Rental rates will adjust to your guest count and/or if you want just 1 or 2 of the casitas or all 3.
If you book 2 or more casitas, we will not put anyone else in the vacant casita, unless you end up adding it on for your own group. We are happy to add another casita if all of a sudden, more friends & family want to join your group.

Full kitchens in each unit. Upstairs opens up to make a 2 bdrm 2 bath Casita. You can also add the new 3rd Casita downstairs to make this a 3 bedroom 3 bath 3 kitchen property. Sleeping up to 12 people if some are little Kiddos.

Playa Miramar has Pristine Sandy Beaches and many shells to hunt and find.

We have 2 kayaks to rent for a small fee. No need to haul your own down here.

This far exceeded our expectations. The rooftop patio has a phenomenal view of the Sea of Cortez, as well as great sky views. Desert thunderstorms are an unexpected happening, but the vantage point made the time more vivid. This is a very cozy spot that accommodated the three of us comfortably

Amazing stay for much needed R&R!

We loved our stay at Sand Pebble! Family and dog friendly, the kids and pup had a blast frolicking at the beach that was just steps away and we practically had the beach to ourselves, quiet and secluded, just what we were looking for. Kim and Barney were fantastic hosts and very responsive by text when we had issues with the keyless entry (hint: after entering the 4 digit code to unlock, push the center button that has a padlock on it. That wasn’t obvious to us. More obvious was that you also push that button to lock up when you leave.) The casitas were well stocked - we cooked every meal in the little kitchen of the ground floor casita and enjoyed our meals on the spacious patio. We couldn’t access the Direct TV as described in the listing so bring an hdmi cable and something to stream on. The outdoor restroom had not been cleaned but not a big deal - the indoor spaces of all 3 casitas were clean and tidy - love the decor, especially all the cute outdoor details. We will definitely stay here again!

Great accomodations

The accommodations were perfect for one family and their friend to stay in the upstairs units while my husband, myself, and our dog stayed in the ground level casita. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. With seven people, it was great to have three refrigerators and kitchens which also made it easy to split up cooking duties. The beach was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us to hang out under the palapa where we saw dolphins everyday and we had the whole beach to ourselves! It's also just minutes from the Mayan if you want to golf or go eat.

Peaceful Beach

The outdoor space is beautiful, the outdoor shower and W.C. were nice touches. Our property manager, Kim was top notch. I have never had such great service when renting beach front houses in Rocky Point. There internet and Cable TVs were a luxury that we usually don’t experience in Rocky Point. We felt safe. The beds were comfortable. Property was clean and well maintained. We are a family of 4 and we’re joined by another family of 4. (Children aged from 5-10 years old). It would have been better to have a bigger and better functioning fridge/ freezer. We always bring our groceries and 1 of the freezers wasn’t working.

Awesome Getaway!

Lived it here. The property is beautiful and you'll have all the privacy you need. Basically had the beach to myself. The host was very responsive and offered to help us with whatever was needed. I will be back.

Beautiful beach

This is a vacation rental that consists of two side-by-side apartments. We rented both and five of us and our little four legged friend were really comfy. Internet works great . The purple room has really beautiful views. The apartment is above the garage situated behind that the main house, which was empty when we were there. You must walk around the house thru the courtyard to get to the beach-just an extra 30 seconds so it’s not exactly beach front but close enough. Really clean. Really comfy bed! Came with five gallons of water. Safe parking inside gated driveway. We were there over memorial day and we mostly have the beach to ourselves. The beach in front is really beautiful with a sandy bottom no rocks anywhere. A couple tips and things to remember to bring: an HD cable (only one TV had one) to watch movies at night. The kitchen was very well-stocked even down to garbage bags paper towels and had everything we needed. Lots of toilet paper. It’s these little things that make a hassle free vacation. Only one suggestion to the owners- A binder with all necessary information about the condos, check-in/out, how to use the stove (you have to hold down the button and turn slowly while pushing ignitor button ((like a grill)) and where to put the garbage would be helpful. Overall really lovely safe place with beautiful views. Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful property, amazing owners. Peaceful and pleasant

By far the best place I have ever stayed. The hospitality from the owners was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the people around were always greeting us with open arms. The beach was amazing, private, and the home was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities you could ask for. I would love to stay here again, and I made two very good friends whom I'll never forget in the owners! Such an amazing place definitely deserves a wonderful review.
