'Can’t count on having water when you need it. As in, water stopped flowing in the middle of my shower. My son was using the other bathroom and he decided to finish his shower using the public shower by the pool next to the beach. Can’t count on water to flush toilets, wash hands, run dishwasher or washing machine when you need it. This isn’t a ‘Mexico’ problem either. 'A very beautiful resort. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area and bathrooms were well maintained. The beach is a short walk from the building and the sand was free from rocks and trash. We didn't try out the restaurants, but besides that, we had no need or want to leave the resort.'
