Villa's in Puerto del Carmen

'The villa is wonderful and exactly as billed. There are zero complaints and the host is brilliantly communicative. The only down side is that it is overlooked by a large block of apartments.'

'Home was very, clean. Good beds. But basic furnished. Bit old fashioned. Could do with updating. Small dishwasher for you stay with 10 persons. But all works. Towel change and pool cleaned during the week. Location high up in Tías. In between other homes. So bit of al walk to town and boulevard. Communication was good , incheck information etc good'

'Lovely well equipped villa with great outside space for relaxing by the pool. Nice to be able to have BBQs in February and finish the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace followed by an hours TV which had a great selection of English stations. Close by the villa you will find lots to do including great restaurants. We hired a car and spent a bit a time in nearby Puerto Calero which is a lovely port as well. We highly recommend this villa.'

'This is not my first stay at this villa, it’s so private and secluded yet so central to the new town and the old town. Pool is always spotless and the villa itself is sparkling. Full satellite tv uk and Ireland I was able to watch the Gaelic football on an Irish channel! So was delighted with that! Couldn’t recommend it enough. 10 out of 10.'

'Het is een fijne woning. Buiten relatief groot, binnen wel klein voor 4 personen Dichtbij alle faciliteiten en het strand. Woning wel wat gedateerd, defecte apparaten en niet alles even schoon/functioneel. Dat mag de pret niet drukken, we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.'

'The Villa is located close to all amenities but in a quiet road. The check in process was made incredibly easy by Daniel and Lisa and throughout our stay they were very helpful. 'Lovely and quiet with a short walk to the beach and restaurants etc. property is in need of updating and despite being very clean there were towel rails falling off, broken shutters and a strange array of cups/plates and not enough to use the dishwasher without being short. Didn’t get a towel refresh midweek and beware pool heating goes off at the start of May so was a little chilly for our visit early summer.'

'Nice villa, good kitchen and tv reception, swimming pool is clean. Also with private parking. Beach is a 10 minutes walk (can see the sea from balcony of bedroom) shops bars and restaurant nearby, perfect place to start your Lanzarote adventure.'

'The house has a perfect location, on walking distance from the beach (ca 5-10 minutes). Around the swimming pool, it was quite windy all the time, which made it less attractive to use it. The owners helped us when there was no electricity and water: they were very nice and involved. 'Lyn was amazing any queries were sorted asap. The villa was amazing. The pool area was absolutely fantastic. The position of the villa was perfect within 10mins walk everthing was there restaurants shops bars you name it was close. Thank you 😊 we had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday'

'En general bien. Se podrían mejorar algunos detalles como cojines en las sillas de la terraza ya que son muy incómodas. La terraza y la piscina resultan muy agradables, la zona es muy tranquila.'

'We komen er graag door de locatie. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen handdoekje leggen bij het zwembad vind ik erg irritant. Wanneer je om half negen komt, is er geen stoel meer vrij omdat op alle stoelen een handdoek ligt. Maar je ziet geen mensen op de stoelen. Ik vind dat ze daar strenger in moeten zijn. '

'Voordelig en kamers hebben mooi uitzicht, maar complex is ontzettend verwaarloosd. Ongezellig restaurant met systeemplafonds, meer een kantine van een fabriek dan een restaurant. Donkere dikke vitrages die altijd dicht zijn. Vervang dit voor blinds, restaurant zou notabene uitzicht hebben op zee en zwembad. Ontbijtpersoneel is vriendelijk. Zitjes bij zwembad bied een troosteloze aanblik met hoofdzakelijk Britten die een all-inclusive geboekt hebben en er de hele dag bier drinken. Luidruchtig ook...
