Casa Calandria is a beautifully decorated, well equipped, marina view studio with full size fridge, a/c and washer/dryer., located literally steps from the beach and pools. Enjoy the privacy of being set back among the tropical gardens while enjoying the deep water marina view. BBQ gas grill & four top table on the patio make grilling a breeze.

Just a short walk (3 minutes) to the "downtown" marina center with shops, restaurants, Dolphin Discovery, Dive Shops and more! Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels, additionally the tv has a ton of channels to choose from, there is dvd player and of course, free WiFi. Thorough cleaning initiatives in place to ensure the safety of our guests. We are also a 100% non-smoking property, no smoking or vaping allowed inside.

Come and enjoy all the beauty, charm and hospitality Puerto Aventuras has to offer. Take a day trip to a cenote, or local theme park, explore Mayan Ruins, shop on 5th ave in Playa del Carmen, the choices are endless. In the evening enjoy a quiet dinner at The Divot, Pelican Point or The Beach Club or grab a cold beverage and have dinner in one of the venues that offer live music.

Puerto Aventuras is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya and Casa Calandria is nestled in the very heart of Puerto Aventuras. The Chac Hal Al complex is gated and has 24 hour manned security.

Cute little studio, stocked with all your needs to make a comfortable stay. Owner was super responsive and helpfull. Was nice to recieve bottled water for our whole stay. Cleaning happened as well which was appreciated. Spent many hours on the patio enjoying the boats come and go. Best beach in the whole area, and a lovely pool. We walked to many great restaurants and pubs, Munchys was our favorite this trip. Cant wait to return. THanks to the hosts and the very friendly working Mexicans in PA.

Amazing time. Heather was 10 stars! She was so thoughtful to call us the night before as she was worried for us and Hurricane Milton. Above and beyond kindness. We will be back next year. Best stay ever. We had never tried VRBO before and were concerned. Definitely the very best way to go!!!

A SLICE OF PARADISE 🏝️☀️🐠

Great clean, secure and well located place, just steps away from a lovely beach. Super view of the marina from the balcony. Very comfy bed and well furnished unit (but for the couch, which has definitely seen better days 😕). Special thanks to Heather who is very attentive to your every needs and easy to reach. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation. We’ve already booked here for our next trip to Mexico!

Perfection!

Location, Location, Location! Loved the quite community of Puerto Adventuras. Loved the quite beauty of Chac Hal Al. The condos have their own security team. Everything is safe and easy to walk to. The condo was as described. It was very comfortable and very convenient. We just walked a few steps across the walk to the beach. The palapas were great for shade and comfort. You had a choice between the ocean and the pool or just relaxing with a cool drink. You could take a walk on the beach or take a walk to Central Park. We enjoyed many of the restaurants. We had a lot of great meals. We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins every day in the Dolphin encounter. Heather was easy to work with and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location

Cozy studio with everything one could want and super safe and secure and close to the center of PA. Heather was very accommodating and met us in the common area. The gas grill was malfunctioning and she got some one to come over and fix it right away. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful home and host

The condo was in perfect shape and is in a wonderful location in Puerto Aventuras! We stayed cool inside the condo with the A/C unit and enjoyed a balcony overlooking the marina. Within walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants! The property provided fresh water, clean space, and prompt replies from the host. I strongly recommend considering this unit for your stay in PA!

We loved this condo. The location was excellent, walking distance to shops and cafes and bars. It was so close to the beautiful beach and pools! Great studio property

This was a perfect spot for our needs. Heather was very responsive to any messages we sent and Fausto was quick and efficient. The studio is set up great with a generous closet to stow away luggage and clothes and the safe is great to have for peace of mind. It was nice to sit on the deck with coffee in the morning and watch the marina traffic go by. The location is convenient to the shops and restaurants in the town centre. We rented a golf cart as we had family staying in another area of PA and also took in some golf and driving range time. Thanks Heather, we'd definitely look at renting this property again!

Definitely your home away from home. The condo is spotless with all the comforts of home including water and a very comfy bed. You couldn't ask for anything more.
