'The property was well maintained and well located. We stayed at AKA hotel Back Bay from July 2-July 5. The assistant General manager Ryan Stephan was wonderful and helpful with accommodating an early check in as well as accommodating for a later check out. He provided recommendations of places to see and eat, and overall had a great personality. Also Chris who was one of the porters was always there to help assist with our bags, and getting the door for us. '
