Water Edge Villa is part of a trio of beautifully designed Villas at Grace Bay, a world-famous beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Water Edge features luxurious décor across two levels of living space, multiple terraces, and breathtaking Turtle Cove Marina and Grace Bay Beach vistas. Viewed from the water, Water Edge is the westernmost villa on the right. Water Edge is nestled closer to the water and features a private plunge pool set to the side for added privacy.

The spacious, comfortable beach-level living room features a fantastic view and a  65” Google TV with web capabilities. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for preparing fresh fish or grilling it on the pool patio, which features a BBQ grilling area. Take a dip in your private plunge pool while enjoying the view. The large master bedroom upstairs offers fantastic views of Grace Bay. The large granite tub is perfect for soaking while enjoying views of the turquoise Caribbean sea. Afterward, enjoy a cool drink on the upstairs balconies overlooking Grace Bay or Turtle Cove Marina. Invite in the sea breeze through the master bedroom by opening both ends to create a perfect tropical retreat.

Between the king-size bed, patios, luxury soaking tub, en-suite bath, and spectacular views, Water Edge Villa is a truly relaxing atmosphere. The Villas at Grace Bay are conveniently located a short walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina, which offers six restaurants, boating excursions, and a dive shop.

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Notes:

• All guests staying at the villa must be 25 y/o or older, per our owner's booking policies (except for babies and children).

• Complimentary pool heater.

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week​ blocks on a Sunday-to-Sunday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen!

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery*
