Kitchen & Dining Area: The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. The dining area seats up to 8, perfect for enjoying a meal together. The kitchen island provides additional counter space for meal preparation or casual dining.



Bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): California king-sized bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, shower, and modern fixtures.

- Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen-sized bed with private balcony and shared bathroom with a rainfall shower.

- Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Queen-sized bed with access to a shared bathroom, ideal for those who prefer easy access to the main living areas.



Bathrooms: All bathrooms are elegantly designed with marble finishes, providing ample space. Enjoy rainfall showers and modern fixtures in all bathrooms, with some featuring luxurious bathtubs for added comfort.

You’ll have access to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment, all within a 5-minute drive. The beach is only an 8-minute drive away, where you can enjoy pristine sand and crystal-clear water. Local shops and the island's best restaurants are also within easy reach. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby parks and nature reserves offer plenty of scenic views and activities.



Getting Around:

- Nearest Airport: Providenciales International Airport (PLS), 8 miles (approx. 15 minutes drive).



- Parking: Free parking available for up to 3 cars, located within the gated property.



- For easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, we recommend renting a car. Public transport options are available, but a car is ideal for convenience.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Please note that the full name, ID, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) of every guest are mandatory for booking confirmation. We require this information at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit is required and must be authorized before check-in: $300 USD for short-term stays (3-27 nights) & $600 USD for long-term stays.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in an $800 USD fine.

- No unauthorized parties or events, and no excessive noise after 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- One pet is allowed per reservation (cats and dogs only) for a $400 USD fee per reservation.
