The villa is well designed with an open floor plan which gives it a very spacious and inviting feel. To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy this majestic slice of paradise, it was built to be wheel chair accessible. For your convenience we can provide access to a wheel chair accessible taxi for a more comfortable ride to and from the villa. There is no limit to the royal treatment we provide to ensure our guests are happy.

Three Dolphins is situated at a prime location on the island as it’s secluded from the inner city yet accessible to many facilities. There are many exciting activities that will keep you joyfully occupied during your stay. Imagine pony riding, bone fishing with a guide that has over 25 years experience, hitting a few rounds of golf, or jet skiing just to name a few. Another added feature of this villa is the fact that the marina is only about 5 minutes away as it’s located just down the street, where boats can dock. The turquoise waters at the front of the villa gently slope to approximately 5 feet .

The views at this villa are far beyond what anyone can imagine and the ambiance gives such an indescribable sensation of peace. Its views, and not to mention its beautiful interior design would make it the perfect place to host a wedding ceremony. Imagine saying “I Do” barefoot on the beach, as the golden colored sun kisses the ever changing turquoise ocean only to experience that same sensation when you taste some of the most delicious food platters imaginable, which can be catered for you by one of the top chefs on the island.

The Villa is comprised of a lovely main house as well as guest suites. Decorated with elegant furniture pieces combined with tropical accents gives the villa a very inviting and warm feel. The main house of the villa commands your attention with its beautiful entrance hall, its large floor plan and breathtaking view of the crystal clear waters of the island. The lovely dining room is equipped with a grand piano for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances that will make your stay more comfortable. The master suite has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom which includes a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The main house annex that is integrated within the main house is fully equipped with a full kitchen, one king size sized bedrooms ( 2 twin XL) and a queen size bedrom and two ensuite bathrooms.

There is guest house located through a breezeway. This house has five bedrooms; a king sized bedroom,3 king size bedrooms ( can be split 2 Twins XL each), a queen sized bedroom both with en suite bathrooms, a full kitchen and a lovely dining and living area.Queen size bedroom has a shared bathroom.
The pool house has a king size bedroom( can be split 2 twinXL), full kitchen, bathroom and sitting area.
All have central air conditioning,TV,WIFI,IPad,IPod,IPhone docking stations.safes in some rooms, ceiling fans, screened windows.

The other 3 bedrooms can be found in the newly built gate house at the entrance of the property. This fully furnished three bedroom house has 1 king size bed, 2 queen sized beds, full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer dryer and central air conditioning.

The road has been newly paved right to the driveway! Plus coded security gates for your peace of mind and a full alarm system. There is an on island villa manger for your convenience and security 24/7 and a cook and assistant cook at extra cost.There is a private lit tennnis court on the estate for your enjoyment.
