Kastelen in Pristina

'The address advertised here in Expedia was inaccurate. Google map sent me to a wrong place that caused me to walk for 10 minutes under the scorching heat. No amenities in this hotel.'

'Opholdet var rigtigt godt, og med virkelig god og lækker morgenmad. Men parkeringen var rigtigt svært, men de var gode til at hjælpe'

'No amenities at all. Also be careful when you book some of the beds are extremely small. I didn’t even know you could rent out rooms with a bed that small.'

'Het was alweer mijn 2e keer in dit hotel, het personeel is vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. De kamer is netjes, het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed met vers fruit, verse broodjes etc. Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf!'

'The hostel was really nice, and the owners were really friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and places to eat. They were really good at inviting everyone to join them if there was local happenings.'

'Kamer was netjes. Schoonmaakster was erg vriendelijk.'

'Nice people but the bed sheets and towels weren’t the best. We also didn’t get the room we paid for. This was because the host was nice and tried to give us the room early after our long flight. However, we weren’t informed of the downgrade or have the option to choose or get a refund for the difference in price. We were just told that they will happily check us in early then gave us a room that we weren’t comfortable at so we left next day.'

'Dit was mijn tweede keer bij Ruby en alles is perfect. Ik mis alleen een fles drinkwater op kamer. Dat zou standaard moeten ziijn.'

'Very kind staff. I got to pick my own room. The room was basic, but very clean and came with complimentary water, bottle of wine and walnuts from the garden. Which is a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh, it had everything and was served at the table by the most lovely hotel hostess. Strong recommend!'

'This is small but very comfortable room in a great neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants were nearby. The owner was pleasant and proactive. Bed was great and It was very quiet.'

'Excellent breakfast, very comfy beds, nice rooms, very close to bus station. City center at walking distance but you need to take the pedestrian tunnel under the highway.'

'I had such a wonderful experience staying at Luso Hotel! Communication was excellent, with incredibly fast responses and a smooth, easy check-in process. I had made the reservation, but my cousin arrived before me, and the staff made it so easy to accommodate her without any hassle. A special thank you to Edon, who checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even helping us carry our bags upstairs to our rooms and back down to...

'Güler yüzlü personel çok iyi kahvatı mükemmel üstü'
