'I arrived at the Raddison in Dammam Industrial City tired after a long series of flights and a bit early to officially check in. The receptionist did everything to ensure I was given a suite and was extremely courteous, competent and professional. On the basis of this interaction alone I will be coming back time after time to Raddison Hotels. A very high standard has been set and I look forward to experiencing similar professionalism throughout the Raddison hotel chain. '
