« Stayed here to have rest after 7 hours drive, so many challenges here! There is no U Turn for the venue, all closed it seems for safety reasons. The hotel is somehow outdated, no one answer the phone, no one reply back on my Travel App messages, the air conditioning was not working well, the reception hardly answering the calls, the rooms are old, kitchen is really in not good situation, the smell was bad inside the chalet, bathrooms need serious maintenance, TV was not working properly, TV and...

« funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight. »

« This was an expensive booking. The bathroom was simply filthy and there were worms in the toilet bowl. Had a hard time convincing my family to remain for one night. I tried to cancel the booking but hotels.com complaints are handled by bots. I didn't get a refund despite checking out 2 days earlier, lost more than 2,500sar. I had to move to a different hotel the following morning. I do not recommned the hotel and I also caution you to book through hotels.com who failed me in recovering 2 nights...

« Slow check-in process. Front desk staff were not helping much to accommodate all requests. Low floor suite, and extremely noisy outside air condition units. Keep in mind that you may wait up to half hours to get to the parking in front of the hotel main entrance where there were a lot car crowds there!. »
