Beautiful Spacious Ocean and Mountain View Condo Kauai, Hawaii

Enjoy recently upgraded ocean/mountain views from the living room or lanai in this quiet condo. Walk to the Westin for dinner just next door, take the path to Anini beach to swim or surf at Black Pot in Hanalei jut 5 minutes away. Your stay is tucked away on the edge of the Makai golf course, still central to sights/ shopping in Princeville down to Hanalei Valley. End the day watching the sunset in privacy! For families or couples, this 2 bdm/2 bath unit is modern, private and comfortable for up to 5 guests but we often host couples and families.

The space
The Master is upstairs with private ensuite and private lanai as well as OLED tv and ceiling fan.

The 2nd bedroom is downstairs with Twin XL over Queen bed to accommodate both a family or two couples comfortably. Two private lanais access the outdoors from both master and 2nd bedroom. The second bathroom with tub is downstairs. Both modern bathrooms have just been renovated in 2023.

Guest access
The entire unit is for guests, the owner does not live onsite.

Other things to note
In the past two years the roofing, paving of the parking lot and the walkways have all been renovated and the complex is looking beautiful. The bathrooms renovations were completed in 2023. In 2026 we repainted the lanais. We are happy to have these improvements to increase the guest experience.

We also updated to a new Monkeypod coffee table and await the arrival of a new exterior dining set expected to be here soon in late summer 2026

Chairs for 4 for the beach, a cooler, and umbrellas are inside the lanai closet for use to go to the beach.
