'We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!'

'Great place to stay in Welch. Everything was as described in description. Clean and check in was easy. Trailer parking is limited for longer trailers but fine for my 12 foot. Yes the train is loud but gives the place some built in entertainment.'

'We had a great stay at the dome! The ambiance is perfect for a WV weekend getaway. We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner via the grill out on the deck and even hopped in the hot tub even though it was under 40 outside! Our 9 year old loved having her own space in the loft above the bathroom and kitchen, and we were impressed how efficient we were able to prepare our meals with the well thought out minimalist kitchen. 'We had a really good stay at this property. It’s located in the small town of Shady Spring, which was quiet and peaceful, but still a great location overall. The house is about 10 minutes north of Winterplace Ski Resort, which made it perfect for our ski trip, and about 15 minutes south of Beckley where you can find everything you need—restaurants, groceries, and shopping.The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. 'This was a fabulous stay! Our family got together for Thanksgiving at this rental and we had a nice time. The house was clean, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Ms Nancy was super accommodating with check in and out which we greatly appreciated, she answered all my questions and was super quick to respond. We were also able to bring both our dogs which was great! Would definitely stay again!'

'Beautiful property! The view of the mountains through the big windows was breathtaking! There is a 2nd cabin right next door and then multiple camp sites to pitch tents so not as secluded as we thought but not many people were there and those that were, were quiet. It can sleep 8 but only 1 bathroom, which was a little challenging for even the 4 of us. Also, we missed not having a full length mirror. But overall VERY clean and had all the amenities you need and 30 minutes to 1 hour away from...
