Chalets in Preston

'I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.'

'Easy check in/out and not far from the motorway. A great place to stop off on a long journey'

'Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!'

'Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area.'

'The hotel is set in lovely grounds and the premises are thoughtfully decorated, we found our room to be on the small side and rather cramped. Staff were often absent from where you would expect them to be. For instance we found the bar to be unattended.1'

'The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. 'Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. '
