'Nice clean room. We had planned on staying for dinner after a long driving day but there were multiple events and no availability for reservations. The staff made us reservations at a restaurant in Sulmona which was a short drive away, we ended up having a wonderful dining experience. Nice hotel'

'The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

'Nice classic hotel very close to the Rome - Pescara highway. On the edge of Popoli a great old town with good restaurants a river running through. The restaurant and hotel caters to travelers and truck drivers and was great for what I needed. '

'It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable.'
