'This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had lately staying with hotels. Me and my family were treated poorly staff did not care about our needs due to booking through a third party. We arrived around 6pm and greeted by Amy. After being in our room for two hours I detected ants in the bathroom and a spider on the wall of the room.
