All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!'

'Spacious and very clean/new rooms. Reception is very friendly A bit on outside as 15 min walk to center. Garage entrance extremely small so I parked the car on the street. '

'Well located near large shopping center with plenty of shopping and food options. Rooms are well sized and clean. Main issue was service, had to wait 10min for check in agent to arrive before checking in, also service at bar was slow. For the rest very good hotel great for business trips if you need to be south of the city. '
