Vind je ideale hotel in Portland

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Great'

'My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox'

'Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms.'

'Checked in my room, looking for TV remote control and found a new rubber, AND a used rubber in the drawer of the dresser. Alerted staff immediately, and left my room for 3 hours. Came back, was told it was handled and the room thoroughly recleaned. Nope, room cleaned but LEFT THE RUBBERS IN THE DRESSER DRAWER! Advised staff, was told they would take care of it asap. Apologies yes, new room or compensation for the condition of my room and that "I" had to remind them more than once ..not good...

'It was a good stay. Will stay again in the future'

'It is conveniently located and the room was nice. Breakfast ended at 9 so I didn't partake. Pool looked good from lobby. Elevator is filthy. No issue in room other than the shampoo bottle was empty.'

'The room was very nice and the staff was excellent'

'Great location, the hotels parking was easy to find.'
