Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels. I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 months ago and at the time I thought the towels were new. They were really soft and didn’t dry very well. Five months later the towels are still the same: they don’t dry really well.
