We are proud to host you at our rental property in Old Orchard Beach. We are just 0.7 miles from the beach, and less than a half mile from the fun filled downtown area, so walk or drive. Enjoy the entire main floor of this ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood located at the end of a dead-end street. It is very peaceful here, and yet just moments from the fun and excitement of the beach and other amusements. The house is also conveniently located in close proximity to the drug store, farm stand, gas station, coffee shop, etc! The house can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children, with two sets of bunkbeds (one Full size bunk) in one bedroom, a Queen in the other bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Also note the beautiful kitchen and dining area, fully stocked with any and all cooking needs. Have access to the yard, complete with outdoor furniture, picnic table, a grill, a fire pit, yard games, and plenty of parking.

Should you need anything while visiting, the owners will be nearby in OOB and/or in the alternate basement apartment (with separate driveway and private entrance) to help with any necessities you might have.
