« La plage est tellement proche de la maison, c’est génial! On n’a pas à trouver un stationnement. On peut revenir dîner à la fraîcheur et retourner à la plage. Il y a plein de choses à distance de marche et des spectacles gratuits dans le parc adjacent au Palace Playland. J’avais lu d’autres avis avant de louer, alors on était prêts avec des masques de sommeil (en raison des stores qui ne sont pas très opaques) et des bouchons, au cas où le bruit nous empêcherait de dormir. Although we did not venture out on the rooftop deck in the snow and rain, it looked like the perfect place to enjoy some ocean breezes on a summer evening. »

« Being summer, immediately after booking, we contacted the mgmt co hosting this property for the owners to double-check that air conditioning was offered at this property. We were assured that the property had AC. Upon arrival, there was an old SUPER LOUD floor unit in each of the 3 bedrooms and a wall unit in the upstairs hallway. « We had a really nice time for the 4 nights we were there. There was plenty of space inside, a nice yard for thé kids to play in. It was close enough to the beach to walk there. The host being present is a major plus since he is a nice person and often inquired if anything was missing. If we go back to Old Orchard we would definitely go back! »
