'I checked in late in the evening and only stayed one night. The AGM checked me in, she was very kind and attentive even though it was so late. I had a king room on the first floor, it was clean and comfortable. Room service knocked an hour before checkout to see if I needed anything before heading out. Checkout was also smooth and the morning staff was just as kind as the night before. I slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food selections. I would stay here again and recommend. '

'It took 2 hours to get my keys at an adjoining property. When I got in my room it was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Couldn't stay there. Went out on my own and got a room somewhere else.'
