'Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

'The property is within walking distance of a number of food places so that's a plus. Also has a shopping area close by. Property is nice and clean. The breakfast biscuits were chef's kiss. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We left for the airport around 2 a.m. and we were met with a smile and bubbly personality at the Front Desk.'

'Very updated building with high quality room furnishings. Sufficient breakfast and even a workout room. Reliable WiFi, and even a freezer/fridge with separate compartments. Very roomy. Unfortunately also - despite requesting a 2nd floor smoke-free room - penetrating smell of smoke during the night. There is no excuse for this - hotels can restrict (outdoor) smoking areas and enforce them; I asked the staff upon check-in and their stance was "we cannot control what people do outdoors" -...
