Harbour-Side Apartment In Porthmadog With Stunning Views

  • Mooi gelijkvloers appartement met prachtig uitzicht op Snowdonia en de Glaslyn estuarium met tuin grenzend aan de haven. Onlangs gerenoveerd. De zitkamer kijkt uit direct op Porthmadog Harbour, waar u de boten kunt kijken en zien een prachtig uitzicht in alle richtingen. De woning is op de Welsh Coastal Path. Er is een genummerde parkeerplaats buiten het appartement. Het is in een zeer rustige plek, maar tegelijkertijd dicht bij alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben! Het is op loopafstand van de Ffestiniog stoom station en ook van vele winkels, cafés, restaurants in Porthmadog stad. buurt bevindt zich ook het mooie dorpje Borth-y-Gest en de stranden daarbuiten, waaronder Black Rock zand, die allemaal heerlijk voor gezinnen. Er zijn 2 pubs binnen een paar minuten lopen, zowel eten serveren, en er ook op loopafstand in Porthmadog zich in de buurt zijn Indiase, Thaise en vele andere restaurants. Er zijn prachtige wandelingen in de buurt in het Snowdonia National Park.

Well equipped modern property with spectacular views. Enjoyed using the binoculars to watch the wildlife in the harbour. Near the train station for a lovely woodland steam train trip. Comfortable beds.

We had an excellent 4 nights in Porthmadog. The property was clean and instructions very clear.(We needed to put some heating on although it was June!) Interesting place to stay, ate out two nights and enjoyed watching the ebb and flow of the tides from the flat. We played golf, visited Snowdon on the iconic cog railway and took in three historic castles. Parking is quite tight but managable.

Great apartment

We had everything we needed for our stay. The views we lovely looking out over the water, always something to see, swans, ducks, geese and a few boats sailing past.

Relaxing and refreshing restful holiday

This property was very comfortable and well furnished. It suited our needs and had outside space to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. Access to the town nearby was good. We would definitely book again.

Picture postcard view, excellent location for amenities and fantastic local walks, helped by the lovely sunshine we enjoyed for most of our stay. Host contacted us beforehand, which was helpful and the parking made life much easier.

Couldn't have picked a better spot for our family holiday.The views and the wildlife were spectacular Close to everything we needed but the tranquility wasas if we were the the only people around. Everything you needed for a relaxing break.

Ideal position for touring area

Nice comfortable apartment in quiet location with lovely view, well furnished with comfy bed. Location close to rown centre with plenty of restaurants within walking distance meaning no need to use car when eating out or make use of well stocked kitchen facilities.

Our host was lovely and quick to respond to any question raised. Thankyou Emma.A lovely apartment with fabulous views of the estuary overlooking moored boats. There was constant activity watching House Martins swooping by; geese congregating on a sandbank that constantly changed as the tides turned, and in the distance glorious mountains that constantly changed as the sun shone or morning mist lifted. The apartment is at ground level, located in the heart of Porthmadog and at sea level, making easy access for the less mobile to an abundance of eating places, pubs, shops and local buses.The apartment is charming and tastefully decorated with every appliance you could wish for or need, including binoculars! Yes, would highly recommend.
