'The hotel is a traditional hotel and in someway a bit outdated. But just because of this, it has its charm. The location in Fort Townsend is awesome and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. We had a bathroom with a old-school bath. I can imagine that this for older people is a bit difficult to use as the shower because of the high step-in.'

'Beautiful property! We stayed on our way to visit Forks and Cape Flattery from Mississippi. Off tourist season so was nice and quiet. '

'Property location is perfect for walking around Port Townsend. The only issue was it has NO AC and one of the (2) windows did not have a screen. Otherwise, great place and very clean.'

'Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.'
