The property is a cottage/ cabin out of the city, so it is a bit quirky. It has well water, the room layout is a little confusing, and some of the flooring/ trim is a little off. Location was great, beautiful windows looking out to the water. Well equipped home. Bedroom above game room/garage is not attached to the home, exterior door to garage. Mostly a great home.
