'The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.'

'It was nice that we could get into the room a little earlier! The room was clean, but the floors in the room were wet and everything was moist, but seem to get better the day after! The pool was very nice and stores were close by! for a room that was supposed to host six people they could’ve had bigger garbage cans! But overall a nice stay for the price!'

'The location of this hotel is excellent, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the expectations we had for a 4-star resort. One of the biggest disappointments was arriving to find that breakfast was not included as we had believed when booking through Breakaway. We ended up paying approximately $80 for breakfast, which felt expensive given that some items, including the eggs, were cold. We also experienced slow service at dinner one...

'Excellent location. Just minutes walking to the beach. Rooms are sufficiently sized. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am and includes a variety of bagels, yogurt, cereal/granola, hard boiled eggs, fruits, fruit juice and coffee. There is swimming pool with towels. The only thing to caution is that the property charges $10 per night parking in their premises. This was in the fine print and not explicitely disclosed during the booking.'
