'The hotel was very nice. Parking was super easy, checking in was easy and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast had a lot of things to choose from which was nice. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing they could work on is cleaning up the common areas, the elevator and the breakfast area. '

'What laundry service? Parkimg was easy. Staff was overwhelmed with problems from guests. Most of these problems were preventable of they had fully prepared the rooms before the guests stayed in them. Amoung the problems were one lady didnt have a shower curtain. We didnt have a remote and went multiple times and they kepta promising to come help us. One guest had 6 people and two sets of towels for a room with more than one bed. Our room had fpur people to share a single bottle of shampoo, no...

'This Omni didn’t wow me like other hotels around the same price point. You’re really just paying for the beach access and pools, not spectacular facilities and staff. We weren’t given a room until 5pm, so we had to wait around for an hour past check-in time. The Prime restaurant food and staff were terrible, definitely not worth the money. '

'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'
