« We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

« We had the best time! The home is exactly as described, very clean, and literally everything we needed! The owner thought of everything! We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift basket that immediately made us feel right at home! The pool & Hot Tub are amazing and those sunsets are spectacular! We got to watch the dolphins play one morning while lounging in the pool! This home is very pet friendly, there is even a cabinet with Doggy supplies making it so comfortable having our pup with us!...

« This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat. »

« Great spot. Beach is right across the street. The pool is the best part for us. We will be coming back to this property. Check in was very easy. And the kitchen had everything we needed. »

« This is a beautiful property on the beach. It has loads of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, making it the perfect place to stay for large groups and big families. »

« The Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Owner Harry is very easy to work with. »

« Beach was a short walk across the street. You could see the Ocean from the upstairs windows. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs water pressure was not good but the two showers upstairs were good. Felt like the online description was accurate. We had 9 people from ages 14 to 86 and they all had a great time. »

« Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, host is very nice and helpful. 10 minutes to Daytona Beach and Main Street. I would stay again »

« Had 1 small issue, reached out to prop manager and she ran right over to rectify the situation immediately. This property and the owners were very good, comfortable and relaxing. With the small cleaning fee we had to do a few things before we left but I was. Completely ok with it and would rather not pay a big cleaning fee. I will stay at this property again. »

« Everything was organized and neat.My suggestion is to place hooks in each room for towels and grease up the hinges on the doors as they were squeaky. »

« This is the perfect location for graduations at the Ocean Center and other events. Just a quick walk and you don’t have to worry about parking.Easy walk to the beach.The house was cute with a great yard for pets. If you plan on cooking the kitchen has the basics, so bring anything special you need. Great communication from the owner. »
