"I needed the plunger. I was told come to the front desk to get it. They bought it to me the second day. Had to use elevated furnace from my room. Had to walk outside and walk around in the heat. Other than that it was nice."

"We didn’t realize when we booked that this is a time share, as soon as you check in they want you to book a tour (90 minutes). We politely declined but the clerk pushed and pushed and her nice went to rude. We booked a 2 bedroom townhouse, either they switched our room or they call a condo a townhouse ..."
