'Really big property, very comfortable, clean and only a 2 min walk to the beach. The kitchen is detached, but very well equipped and has a large dining area as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like a safe area. Loved staying here- would definitely choose this property again!'

'Just got home from a lovely weeks holiday.We got lucky with the weather at 27-30 degrees which made the pool fine to use. It’s not heated so if you go at 20 degrees I’d take a wetsuit for kids. Luckily we don’t need ours. The local beach is good, sunbeds, showers, bar/restaurant and toilets etc. The restaurant across the road (Tivoli) was great. Good pizza, steak and aperol spritz! Fair prices too. There is a mix of bars on the main road (some fancier than others depending what you want)....

'Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um...

'What can I say about this awesome property. It’s location is perfect if you have quite a young family staying with you. No more than a 5 or 10 minute walk to the heart of Alcudia. 'Das Ferienhaus riecht muffig und zusätzlich hatten wir 7 Tage lang Fäkalgerüche (die WC-Anlagen waren falsch angeschlossen) aus den Bädern die sich im ganzen Haus verteilten. In einem Bad zählten wir ca. 60 Kanalfliegen. Nach jedem Betreten des Hauses mussten wir alle Fenster und Türen öffnen damit der ekelhafte Geruch verschwindet. Erst auf unser Drängen hin wurde ein Installateur gerufen (nach 7 Tagen!). Danach wurde es besser, aber der muffige Geruch blieb.'

"Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the pools are nice and the beach is within walking distance. Staff is super friendly! We also like the breakfast and dinner buffet, enough choice and different options everyday. "

"Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers bij de ligbedden, dit kan echt niet. Tot slot is het jammer dat de bar niet echt gebruikt wordt en er geen gezellige zitjes zijn om 's avonds nog even een drankje te doen, al kan dit wel op loopafstand bij andere tentjes. Heerlijk verblijf gehad maar met een aantal verbeterpunten"
