Paleizen in Poprad

'Here is a revised and improved version of the review: The Hotel Excelsior was a wonderful place to stay during my recent visit. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from all the major attractions and transportation hubs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable - a true home away from home. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality, fresh items to choose from. But what really stood out was the...

'Keurig pension, goed Engels sprekende gastheer, vriendelijke mensen.'

'I arrived late and they were waiting for me. Thank you.'

'Clean, comfortable room.'

'We was little confused on the beginning because no on was there any there was not clear instructions witch room we have. Bathroom needs renovation. Overall good location.'

'The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm.'

'Nice location and clean property. The check in process was not smooth or clear though.'

'Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Alles sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung 👍 '

'Super '

'A lovely stay! The online check-in was simple, and PIN access made arrival easy—no keys to collect or carry. A convenient, hassle-free system. Would happily stay again!'

'We've stayed here on multiple occasions. It is well priced and a pleasant, simple hotel to stay at. We always enjoy our stay here. Beautiful views, as well.'
